WELCOME TO YOGANICA
THE YOGANICA EXPERIENCE
Welcome to Yoganica, classes devoted to promoting physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through the ancient Indian practice of yoga.

Yoganica’s approach to teaching is based on the principles of Viniyoga, each class is designed and adapted to accommodate the specific needs of each person. We offer a supportive community where everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace with each class suitable for all levels of experience.

At Yoganica, our mindful movement and breath-centered classes are designed to be simple and slow-paced with a focus on safe movement and alignment where individuals can connect with themselves. Each class incorporates a mix of dynamic flow and static hold asana sequences (the physical element of yoga), along with various other elements including pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.

Yoga can become a powerful means to achieve a state of inner peace. With regular practice, yoga gifts the tools to navigate life’s challenging situations and cultivate a life of bliss and content.
PRINCIPAL TEACHER
Our principal teacher, Tiffany Baker, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes. Her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Diploma qualification from The Yoga Institute schooled her in the classical teaching traditions of T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar. With Tiffany's guidance, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yoga and how it can improve all aspects of your life. Tiffany is a registered teacher with Yoga Australia.
Tiffany’s passion is to share all she knows and loves about yoga with others in the community in a nurturing and supportive environment.
