Class Description

A mindful movement and breath-centred yoga class, designed to be simple and slow-paced with a focus on safe movement and alignment where individuals can connect with themselves. Each class incorporates a mix of dynamic flow and static hold asana sequences (the physical element of yoga), along with various other elements including pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. **BYO yoga mat, all other props will be provided**
